Refunds & Returns

We want you to love what you order. If something's not right, we'll make it right.

What we cover

If you've had a change of heart, let us know within 24 hours of placing your order and we'll issue a full refund. Once your order has been dispatched, we're unable to offer change-of-mind refunds as our products are perishable.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at store@forgedbyvow.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll offer a replacement or full refund - your choice.

This includes damaged or compromised packaging affecting product quality, or incorrect items sent.

What we don't cover

We're unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind once your order has been dispatched. As our products are perishable, we cannot accept physical returns.

Delivery issues

If your order hasn't arrived on the expected day, please get in touch and we'll investigate with our courier partner.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure, you're entitled to a replacement or refund.
