Pick-up is available Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm, from our Alexandria HQ.


Pick-up orders typically require one days’ notice to prepare. However, if you require an earlier pick-up, please just reach out and we’ll let you know what’s possible!

After checkout, you’ll be prompted to book your pick-up day and time via email. Please note, this step is required as pick-ups are scheduled post-purchase.

Pick-up is from 6 Ralph St, Alexandria, 2015.

Delivery is available within 20km of Alexandria on Tuesdays and Fridays (3:30pm to 8:30pm). Free shipping on orders over $34.99. Under $34.99? Flat $9.99 shipping.

We currently deliver to Sydney only. We're not shipping interstate just yet, but we're working on it - join our mailing list to stay up to date on the latest!

For last-minute, emergency cultured meat deliveries (trust us, we've been there), we need a minimum of two days notice to book in your delivery.


All deliveries come with ice packs, so your package is OK to be left unattended for 1-2 hours.
We do not deliver to PO boxes.
